Dwight Howard for Rajon Rondo? The Lakers and Celtics working together? Could this really happen? Ken Berger of CBS Sports reported on Friday night that the longtime rivals have engaged in "preliminary trade discussions" involving the two All-Stars. This report came just hours after Berger tweeted that Howard said Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak told him he wouldn't be dealt.
